    Dom Perignon

19th century salon came to 21st century at Hara Museum. Just as high society gathered in salon around art dilettante or chamber music, guests of Dom Perignon gathered to explore extremities of sensuality in the museum setting which was a former residence built in the early 1930s. While artist Sugimoto made his foray in theatre direction with the play of psychotic woman “Abe Sada”, with actress Shinobu Terajima as a leading role. At the dinner Dom Perignon chef de carve took the risk of serving 2003 millésimé which came under extreme condition. Michelin star chef Keisuke Matsushima took the challenge to create cuisine to compliment the difficult millésimé champagne. Guests took the welcoming challenge and they all ended up in Karaoke in one of the room in the museum.
