THE POP-UP
Bruichladdich - Remy Cointreau
For the first introduction of Bruichladdich to the Japanese customers, the set was designed to take people outside of the distillery and into one of Scotland’s Islay barley fields. 170 square meters of grass, 12 000 cuttings of grown barley, 463 potted plants and 7 replantable trees were used to create an earthy and fragrant environment. A 6x3 meter screen displayed video footage of the distillery while sound design mixed the murmur of Brian River’s wind and shore with native fauna, which accentuated the multi-sensory experience. A variety of whiskey was paired with Scottish classic inspired bites, delivering a memorable experience.
