In between the matches, VIP at Toray Tennis Tournament retreated to café where walls were dotted with scores from historical final matches. From floor to wall, the café interior was painted to give perspective illusion of tennis court using single point perspective which the court can only be recognized from certain standing point. Furthermore, yellow tennis balls hanging from the ceilings gave an illusion of ball moving in slow motion, immersing visitors the ambience of the game even outside the court.
