      Bulgari Perfume

How do you tell about the scent of perfume, something intangible? Taking inspiration from one pillar which existed in the gallery, scenery of 1930s architectural element was created in Tokyo so as to capture the universe of Bulgari Men perfume, of which the concept film was directed by film maker Matteo Garrone and shot in The Museum of the Roman Civilization. Rather than avoiding or hiding the substantial pillar as negative element, the pillar was multiplied to bring in architecture of Rome into Tokyo, casting strong light and shadow effects in the gallery space to highlight the dual aspect of men; light and shadow. Bergamot, Jasmine, Whitewood that compose main notes of the fragrance were framed on the wall so as to visualize the invisible and transient nature of the odour.
